- Indexed recently; not enough history to call a direction.
- RISING
- Sustained growth across more than one component of the score.
- ACTIVE
- Healthy, steady activity at or above baseline.
- WATCHING
- Real but slower movement. Worth keeping on the list.
- COOLING
- Activity below baseline for two or more weeks.
